Service Diagnostic Fee
When you drop your scoot off for service, you must pay the $99 Diagnostic fee. This allows our tech to properly diagnose your scoot to ensure we fix exactly what is wrong with your scoot. You will receive a phone call and or an Email letting you know what repair is needed and how much those repairs will cost.
This fee will be deducted if you decide to go forward with the work If you decide not to go forward with the repair, you will owe nothing at pick up.
we ask you pick up your scoot within 48 hours to ensure their is no additional storage costs.
