What Is a Manufacturer Warranty?
A warranty is a type of guarantee that a manufacturer (not the dealer) makes regarding the condition of its product. It also refers to the terms and situations in which repairs or exchanges will be made in the event that the product does not function as originally described or intended.
Buyers are responsible to ship or tow in your vehicle to our facility for any warranty service(s). Any outside repair labor charges, down time, towing or shipping charges are not covered under warranty.
"comprehensive" or "tire-to-tire" coverage means that all non-wearable components of a bike are covered under warranty. Non-wearable components are any item that does not wear naturally as the scooter is ridden, such as but not limited to: transmission belts, engine oil, gear oil, cables, light bulbs, brake pads, paint finishes, chains, racks, brake fluid, tires, and tubes. These items must be replaced periodically during scheduled maintenance.
Parts only Warranty:
If there is a defective part or issue you can claim defective, You will get the replacement part. These warranties do not cover the labor to remove or install the part that was defective. Only the part is replaced.
Deductible:
The deductible is the amount paid out of pocket by the owner. In most cases, the warranty will replace the part but not pay for labor, in that case, the dealer, as a courtesy, may pay part of the labor cost and charge a deductible.
Tao Tao:
- Warranty is a maximum 6 months Parts only for engine, 3 months for drive train. and 30 days for electrical. Manufacturer warranty does not include Plastics, Paint, Body Parts or Accessories, Chains, Wheels, Tires, Batteries, Bearings, Ball joints, or any Wearable part. Manufacturer warranty does not cover Damage from Misuse, Abuse, or neglect. Manufacturer Warranty does not include Labor associated with Repair or Shipping costs associated with warranty parts to and from the Manufacturer and buyer will be responsible for these costs.
Wolf Brand Scooters:
-Two (2) year or ten thousand (10,000) mile, whichever comes first, limited Parts only warranty. Two (2) year limited battery and frame warranty. One (1) year for internal engine and transmission parts of on-the-road vehicles and one (1) year limited warranty for all other parts, excluding wearable items. All warranty issues must be handled through the dealer where products were purchased. This warranty is for parts and labor for all warrantable parts and repairs.
Bintelli:
-They have one of the best warranties around! Bintelli provides a two (2) year limited warranty all around. The battery and frame are covered for a period of two (2) years. All other components not mentioned below in the “limitations of liability” are covered for a period of one (1) year. A deductible may apply. There is no limitation of mileage attached to this warranty. Warranty does not include minor surface rips, tears, scrapes, blemishes, or other cosmetic damages due to normal use or other damage, whether intentional or unintentional. Bintelli may alter this document with or without notice at any time.
Amigo:
24 months or 1500 miles (whichever comes first) Parts only warranty on the Engine. 12 months or 1500 miles parts only warranty on Transmission components. - 6 months or 750 miles (whichever comes first) Parts only on any Chassis/Suspension Warranty - 90 Days Limited Parts only Battery/Limited Electrical System Warranty, excluding any alarms or USB Charging ports. - 30 Days fuel system warranty.
Scoot Scoot:
We offer a 15 day or 100 Mile (whatever comes first) $0 Deductible warranty. This warranty is dealt with in house and we do this as a courtesy against any craftsmanship defects. We stand behind our product and will do anything we can to make sure our customer is happy and safe. Keep in mind, this warranty will not cover any accident, modifications or unauthorized repairs.
Per Massachusetts law, we are not obligated to provide any warranty. Our warranty is more of a satisfaction warranty.

All Warranties Disclosure: “limitations of liability”
No warranty will cover damage due to the use of improper chemicals or cleaners that have been applied to the unit. Any misdiagnosis of the problem leading to improper repair will not be covered under the warranty. Unapproved modifications to the unit will void the warranty. Reimbursement will never be granted for towing, loss of time, loss of use, inconvenience, or damages that are consequential or inconsequential. The warranty only covers manufacturer defects. Any damage due to misuse or neglect or failure to maintain the product will not be covered by the warranty. Standard wearable parts are not covered under the warranty, including belts, tires, brake pads, spark plugs, fluids, bulbs, body panels, and other expendable parts. The warranty will not apply to units used for rental purposes. Transportation damage will not be covered under the warranty. Any transportation damage must be noted on the delivery slip when signing for the delivery or the carrier will not cover damage that occurred during transit. All maintenance expenses are the responsibility of the end user. No coverage will be provided due to tornado, earthquake, flood, fire, or any other “acts of God”. Any engine damage due to misuse of the product, lack of maintenance, over revving, and/or improper usage on highways and long trips, will not be covered under warranty. Determination of misuse to be made by dealer or distributor. Dealer, at their own determination, may charge a diagnostic fee and or deductible for any warranty work performed.

We will ensure your purchase runs and operates as it should. If there is any manufacturers defects, we reserve the right to correct the defect before we offer an exchange. There will not be a refund, only exchange of product, if its deemed that the unit has a manufacturers defect that the dealership can not corrct.
